Seriously speaking, i do not know what to write...
Today we had our National Day celebration.... It was quite boring, watching people playing games lol.... Fortunately, a guest performer arrived at SAJC and he was none other than ex- saint JJ Lin JunJie... Cool right, but quite disappointed because he only sing half of the national day song and left... It will be better if he stayed longer, lucky I had taken a few photos lol. Hard to see him coming to SA again...
Then went with my dear to have lunch then went home lor, writing blog now haha..
Now I will talk about the vocational assignment that I had on Tuesday
I reached Admiralty Mrt Station then went to mark attendance... Then we got to sit on the army "truck" quite cool to Sembawang Naval Base.... I talk it was just about navy stuff only, but to my horror, it was a call up for Naval Diving Unit(NDU).... Diving omg, ask me swim 100m I will die too, now ask me dive 10m down ... quite hard lar.
The medical checkup took up 3-4 hrs before we went to the Hyperbaric centre where we would go for a dry diving. It would take place in a chamber where the pressure will be adjusted similarly to a person down 10m depth... Quite ok... then have lunch, not bad but I hope I will not eat them everyday next time..
Then we went to a classroom to take a "SAT" test, it is to test your character and your IQ...
Another 3 hours gone... then we went down to do Chin-ups and Standing Broad Jump, quite bad for me lar... Next we went to the pool for a 50m Breaststroke... at 1m depth, my legs kept touching the ground, so gay....
When we thought it was about time to go home, he told us to go and eat dinner and we knew that it will be a long night for us.... Interview was the last item and it was super long for the waiting time and when it was my turn for the interview, the officer just told me that I must master swimming... Then nothing else really, die die.. The enlistment rate for NDU is very high, though getting into NDU after 6 months of Hell Training is very slim... It requires your determination and will to endure the training, 5 days of consecutive training with few hours of sleep at the 3rd day, then need to get tied up and throw into the pool.... Quite scary arh, that's why I am going to swim later so that I will not suffer that much if I ever get called up...
